Welcome to Camellia Kitchen!

 

My name is Rebecca, I created CK in 2022 after deciding it was time to start creating cakes and patisserie in a style that everyone could enjoy. I am fully licensed with a 5 Star Hygiene & Saftey rating and I hold Level 3 Hygiene Certification.

​

I attended Bournemouth & Poole College in Lansdowne to study Professional Cookery & Confectionary for 2 years.

Since graduating, I worked in several hotels, bakeries and patisseries across Wiltshire, Hampshire & Dorset and learnt so much from a lot of amazingly talented people!

​

After becoming a mum in 2021, I found it wasn't filling my creative need only working

part-time. So with the support of my incredible husband and son, I found a way to create Camellia Kitchen to offer my knowledge and skills to local cafes and bakeries and anyone in need of a special occasion cake.

​

I seem to have found my stride in working with alternative diets for example Vegan,

Gluten & Nut Free, as I really do believe that everyone deserves a

wonderful cake whatever the occasion, whatever the diet.
